Production
This is where we take the lead. We develop the overall design, curate key elements, and build a cohesive plan for your event. You’ll approve the details that matter, while we handle the rest.
Execution
We manage every detail leading up to your event, oversee installation, and ensure everything is executed seamlessly. Afterward, our team returns for full teardown.

What is full-service event design?
Full-service event design is our most comprehensive offering and is ideal for clients who want a creative partner from start to finish.
Instead of managing multiple vendors and decisions on your own, you have one team guiding the overall vision and ensuring every design element works together cohesively - from layout and flow to styling and final execution.
What types of events do you design?
We design a wide range of events including nonprofit galas, luxury weddings, corporate events, conferences, brand activations, private celebrations, baby showers, graduations, and holiday parties.
Whether you're hosting 20 guests or 2,000, our goal is the same: create an experience that feels intentional, memorable, and uniquely yours.
What services are included?
Full-service event design includes the planning and execution of your event’s design - from concept development and layout planning to sourcing, styling, installation, and breakdown.
As part of the process, we design and coordinate elements such as balloons, rentals, custom fabrication, signage, florals, linens, and other decor details. These items are quoted separately and outlined in your custom proposal based on your event needs.

Instead of decorating a space, we design how the entire event feels from the moment guests arrive. Every element is intentionally curated, from layout and flow to color, scale, and focal moments. We create a cohesive experience that feels thoughtful rather than pieced together.
Will your team stay during the event?
Our standard full-service packages include planning, design, installation, styling, and scheduled pickup.
Once setup is complete, our team typically leaves so you can enjoy your event. If you'd like on-site event support, room flips, design oversight, or end-of-night coordination, additional staffing can be arranged in advance.
How much does full-service event design cost?
For full-service event design and custom installations, we typically work with clients who have a design budget that supports a fully customized experience. This ensures we can deliver the level of detail, creativity, and impact our work is known for.
Every event is different, so investment varies based on scope, venue, rentals, custom elements, labor, and production requirements.
Our goal isn't to create the biggest event possible - it's to create the right event for your goals, priorities, and budget. After learning more about your vision, we'll create a custom proposal tailored specifically to your event.
When should I reach out?
The sooner, the better.
Some clients reach out before they've selected a venue, while others already have a date, venue, and vendors secured. We can step in at either stage.
That said, full-service design works best when we're involved before major design decisions have been made. If you've already created mood boards, selected most of your decor, and simply need execution, one of our other services may be a better fit.
How involved do I need to be in the process?
Our best projects happen when clients trust us to do what we do best.
We love working with clients who enjoy making big-picture decisions, attending key design meetings, and providing feedback along the way while allowing our team to handle the details. If you're looking to be involved in every decision and manage every element personally, we'd be happy to recommend several talented event planners who may be a better fit for your planning style.
