What type of custom builds do you create?
We create a wide range of custom pieces including branded installations, step-and-repeats, oversized props, statement backdrops, interactive displays, photo moments, and fully custom event structures.
If you can imagine it, we can usually build it... or design something close that achieves the same impact.
Who keeps the creations after the event?
All custom builds remain property of The Party Bar and are not sold to clients.
Each piece is designed and constructed for use during your event only, allowing us to maintain quality, consistency, and the integrity of our design work.
Who builds your custom items?
We do! All fabrication is completed in-house by our team.
This allows us to control quality, streamline production, and ensure every piece aligns with the original design intent. Our designers and fabrication team work closely together from concept to completion to bring each custom build to life.
How much do custom builds cost?
Custom builds are quoted individually based on size, materials, complexity, and installation requirements.
A majority of our custom builds begin around $2k, with large-scale fabrications and branded installations typically representing a higher investment depending on scope and production needs.
How far in advance should I book a custom build?
The earlier the better.
Custom fabrication involves design time, sourcing materials, construction, finishing, and testing. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have an idea so we can properly plan production and ensure availability - especially during busy seasons.
Rush projects may be possible depending on timeline and complexity.
What materials do you use?
We work with a variety of materials depending on the design, including wood, acrylic, foam, metal, vinyl, PVC, and specialty finishes.
Material selection is based on the intended use, durability needs, event environment, and overall design aesthetic.
Can custom builds include branding or logos?
Absolutely.
