The Party Bar isn’t like every other balloon company. We don’t just “fill a space”... we design with it! We treat each balloon installation as a work of art. Every installation is built around your event, your colors, and the experience you want guests to have. Because we come from a full-service event design background, we consider everything from venue architecture and traffic flow to color palette and focal points. The result is balloon décor that feels intentional, elevated, and uniquely yours.

Choosing colors is one of our favorite parts of the design process! We offer a large inventory of professional balloon colors and can help create a palette that complements your venue, branding, theme, and overall event design.

Balloons are, by nature, temporary items. Although The Party Bar uses only the finest quality balloons, some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected. Balloon decorations can also be adversely affected by heat, sun, cold, children, animals, wind, and other uncontrollable factors. With all of that being said, we’ve seen Omaha balloon garlands indoors that have lasted months – yes, really! On this note, The Party Bar cannot guarantee the lifespan of your Omaha balloon decorations after installation is complete. All balloon sales are final sales.

One of the benefits of custom balloon decor is flexibility - we can install balloons in a variety of ways and spaces.

When possible, we prefer attaching to architectural features such as railings, columns, windows, and existing structures. Wall installations may require advance approval, as they often utilize command hooks or gaffer tape. For clients looking to avoid wall attachments altogether, balloon décor can also be built on our rental backdrops, freestanding structures, or LED marquees.
