LITfest

PASS THE TORCH

A women's empowerment festival.

This was our first ever full service production event and it’s still one of our favorites! Our client came to us looking for a fun way to “ignite the flame” and empower women at their first ever nonprofit’s fundraising event. The event raised money for one woman small business owner who would be chosen from a selection process post-event.

We used LIT’s “flame” branding and intertwined it with a girly pink color scheme. The vendor list was carefully crated with all female-owned small businesses. For the design, we knew the front yard would be packed with the vendors, so we encorporated a focal point of marquees to welcome guests when they pulled in. The big statement piece was the backyard where we filled the entire tent with balloons, fringe, and disco balls. It became a place of love and warmth where the day’s sessions took place!
