Description: Garlands are made up of balloons of different sized balloons and are sold in 6 ft sections. They can be attached to a pre-existing structure such as banisters, pergolas, windows, lamp posts, or any of The Party Bar rental items, such as marquee letters! Our installation process starts with us bringing pre-blown balloons. We build an organic shape on-site that allows us to fit your space for the best overall look of your balloon structure.
