What's the difference between design & production services?

Event Design: You take care of the timeline. We create the look.

Event Production + Design: We run your entire event to production from complete design to logistics management.

In short, if you’re taking care of the timeline and just need help creating the look, design services are for you! If you need help with the logistics of things such as creating a schedule, booking catering & bar, finding a DJ, etc. in addition to your overall event design… production + design services are for you!

What does the full service event design process look like?

Submit an inquiry via our form here. After we’ve confirmed availability for your date and time, we’ll send over a contract and retainer invoice with a link to set up a call to go over more of what you’re looking for. Then… the fun begins! We take your theme, venue/location, branding, atmsophere, and budget in mind to create a design proposal that perfectly suits you and your event goals! We go over those plans, make any adjustments necessary, and work from there to produce an Omaha event that will speak volumes to your guests.

How far in advance should I book my event design and production services?

To ensure we can accommodate your event and deliver the best possible experience, we recommend booking your full service event design and production services at least 6-8 weeks in advance. For custom balloon installations only, we recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance.

This allows us ample time for planning, designing, and customizing the decor to suit your specific needs. For larger events, such as weddings, corporate functions, or festivals, early booking helps us allocate resources and secure the best available date for your event.

In case you have a last-minute event, we always try our best to accommodate your needs, so don’t hesitate to reach out to us—we’re here to help!
