What makes your rental inventory different?
The Party Bar's inventory is intentionally curated rather than stocked with hundreds of cookie-cutter options.
Many of our pieces are custom-built, exclusive to our inventory, or designed to work seamlessly with our balloons, marquees, and event styling services. We focus on statement pieces that create impact and help events feel unique, not rentals you can find from every company in town.
How much do rentals cost?
Rental pricing varies depending on the item, quantity, and length of rental. Take a look at our full inventory with pricing here.
Our standard rental period includes 24 hours, with additional days typically billed at a reduced rate. Need something for a weekend, conference, or multi-day event? We're happy to provide custom pricing based on your event timeline.
Do you offer delivery and installation?
Absolutely.
All large rentals, marquee letters, custom builds, and specialty installations are delivered, installed, and removed by our team. This ensures every piece arrives safely, looks its best, and is set up exactly as intended.
Can I pick up rental items myself?
Some items, yes!
Select foldable backdrops and smaller rental pieces may be available for pickup. Larger installations, marquee letters, custom builds, and specialty inventory must be handled by our team to ensure safety, quality, and proper installation.
Can rental items be customized?
One of our favorite things to do!
Many rentals can be customized with vinyl graphics, branding, paint treatments, signage, balloon installations, or other design elements to better match your event. If you have a vision, let's talk about it!
What happens if a rental item is damaged?
Clients are responsible for rental items from the time they're installed until they're picked up by our team.
While normal wear is expected, damage, theft, loss, or misuse may result in repair or replacement fees. If something becomes damaged during your event, let us know as soon as possible.
Can I combine rentals with balloons, marquees, or custom builds?
Absolutely - and that's where the magic happens!
Because The Party Bar offers balloons, LED marquees, custom fabrication, and event design under one roof, we can create a cohesive look while simplifying logistics. One design team, one delivery, one installation, and one point of contact.
When should I reserve rentals?
The earlier, the better.
Many of our most popular pieces book months in advance, especially during graduation season, wedding season, and the holidays. If you have your eye on a specific item, we recommend reserving it as soon as your event date is confirmed.
